Satisfaction Guarantee
Our produce is grown using the highest quality standards for our diverse customer base. It is our commitment to you to provide the freshest and highest quality microgreens. This is acheived through routine crop sampling and inspection. In addition, we are inspected by multiple state and federal regulatory agencies.
Many factors influence the performance of produce such as temperature, light, water, weather, storage and nutrients. Nevertheless, we unconditionally guarantee all our microgreens for two weeks from the ship date and will accept returns for any reason for 14 days. If a portion of the order is returned, we will accept returns on a prorated basis. See below for details. We do not accept returns on seeds after 14 days from the ship date for any reason.

Return Procedure
We unconditionally guarantee our produce for 7 days from point of purchase. We do not accept returns for any reason after 7 days. Non-seed products must include all parts and original packaging to qualify for returns.
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

If your seed fails to germinate based on its unique requirements, or you are having issues with other products, please contact us immediately so we may be of assistance to you and attempt to resolve the issue without a return. We ask that you have the lot number that is on the label attached to your produce container on hand when you call.

Contact our customer service department within 14 days for authorization for returns. We do not accept any returns unless they are authorized by our customer service team. Customer service will provide you with all the necessary instructions and details for returning products. Returns must be received by us within 1 week from the date of the return authorization. Returns received by us after 1 week are not subject to refund.

Refunds
We offer two options for refunds. There are no exceptions.
- In-Store Credit Refunds – When you return authorized product and opt for in-store credit, we will give you 100% of the value of your returned product and we will pay for return shipping. Credit will be applied to your online account in the form of rewards points.
- ​Cash Refunds – When you return authorized product and opt for a cash refund, we deduct a 10% restocking fee, and you must arrange and pay for return shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return for your instore credit or cash refund to be processed. We make every effort to provide the refund sooner but depending on circumstance can take up to two weeks. In the case of rewards points refunds, you should see those points in your account as soon as we process the refund. In the case of refunds to credit cards it may take several business days before you receive the refund posted back to your credit card account. It is our store policy to refund to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not pay return shipping on international orders.

Please Note: All returns MUST BE AUTHORIZED and must follow the directions you receive from customer service with your authorization. Please do not ship returns to our warehouse without first obtaining a return authorization and instruction from customer service. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for refunds.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES AND REMEDY
PLEASE NOTE: northtexasmicrogreens.com warrants that the produce we sell conforms to the label description as required by State and Federal seed laws. Neither northtexasmicrogreens.com nor the seller hereof (if other than northtexasmicrogreens.com) MAKES ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTENTS HEREOF, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER.
All Claims, including claims for alleged defective seed must be made within fourteen (14) days after Buyer learns of the facts upon which such claim is based. All claims not made in writing and received by northtexasmicrogreens.com within the time period specified above shall be deemed waived.
THE LIABILITY OF MCKINNEYFARMS.COM AND THE SELLER HEREOF FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES TO BUYER RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR ALLEGED DEFECTIVE SEEDS, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS ARE DISCOVERABLE OR LATENT, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PARTICULAR SEEDS WITH RESPECT TO WHICH LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUELEAFMARKET.COM OR THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS.
IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THE REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE SHALL BE TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHERS.
Should fulfillment of any order or contract be prevented or delayed by an act of God, war, blockade, revolution, government action to restrict energy or any other essential to the growing and harvesting of the crops, prohibition of exports or imports, riots, strikes, lockouts, fires and/or detention at sea or any other contingency beyond our control, we shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damages thereby.
